Maccabi USA Rugby is a USA Representative side comprised of rugby players with Jewish heritage that competes in the World Maccabiah Games in Israel every 4 years and selected tournaments and fixtures.

The team has a remarkable record of success at the World Games, being the only country to win a medal at each of the Games, since rugby's inclusion.

The team has been represented by many international, professional and collegiate All American rugby players.
